At Stepprs, we want you to love every stride you take in our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
